When will my painting be shipped and how?


  • I use Canada Post for shipping my work
  • The artwork is shipped within 3-4 business days after payment has cleared.
  • Batik Paintings will be rolled and shipped in a mailing tube.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number for Canadian addresses
  • Canada Post will need a signature upon delivery. (for Canadian addresses)

Please note that shipping within Canada can take an estimated 4-8 business days.

Shipping to the USA can take up to 8 business day, I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

How should I frame my painting?

A professional framer that uses archival materials is the best person to frame your art. You framer also will be able to help  you pick out a suitable frame. The painting needs a white acid-free mounting board and has to be matted and framed behind glass. Non-glare glass is the best choice. Rice paper is translucent and the white mounting board allows the painting to glow.

Will you repaint a painting that is sold?

Custom Paintings

If you see something you like and it is already sold, I can base a similar painting on the sold work. I will not repaint sold paintings. All  my paintings are one of a kind originals. Please feel free to contact me to discuss a custom work of art.


What is your Return Policy?

Buy with Confidence.

Satisfaction Guaranteed on all paintings. Please contact me should you encounter any problems.

My number one priority is for you to be happy with your new artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with the art you can return it. It is be returned in the original condition and packaging.  Once you receive it, you have 14 days that you can return it. Once I receive the painting, I will refund your payment (excluding all shipping fees)

Where Can I Buy Your Art?

I sell my artwork through galleries, shows, and my website. On my shop page, you will see categories on the right-hand side. You can also find a galleries page  in the top menu.

Can I Layaway a painting?

I would be more than happy to layaway a painting for you. If you would like to put a deposit on a painting and make payments please contact me.  I will be glad to make arrangements with you
