Lone Pine #4 – Watercolor batik painting
Lone Pine #4 – Watercolor Batik painting is an original watercolor on rice paper painting is one of a series I am painting featuring Pine trees, their character, shapes, and textures.
This original piece of fine art was painted by Krista Hasson. Only professional artist’s grade paints and supplies are used creating, a quality piece of artwork. Therefore you will be able to enjoy this “Lone Pine #4” – Watercolor Batik painting for years to come.
My Watercolor Batiks are painted on rice paper, the rice paper is thin and translucent. It pairs with the qualities of the transparent watercolor perfectly, allowing the light to glow from within. I love the balance of the fragility of the rice paper mixed with the strong color and texture that is created during my process. I find it very exciting.
